By submitting your original poem, short story, flash fiction, essay, or interview ("Work") to DUMBO Press, you, the author, agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Exclusive License: You grant DUMBO Press a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and display your Work on our website, social media platforms, and in any other promotional materials. This license allows us to share your Work with our audience while allowing you to retain the freedom to publish your Work elsewhere.

Term: The license you grant to us is for an indefinite term, meaning your Work may remain on our platforms indefinitely unless you request its removal.

Copyright: You retain copyright of your Work.

Use of Work: DUMBO Press has the right to display your Work on our website and social media platforms, include it in our promotional materials, make minor editorial changes, and format the Work for publication, always ensuring that your original message and integrity are preserved.

Attribution: DUMBO Press commits to properly crediting you whenever your Work is published or used, acknowledging your authorship and contribution.

Warranties and Indemnities: By submitting your Work, you warrant that it is your original creation, you have the rights to grant this license, and your Work does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties. You agree to indemnify DUMBO Press against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from breaches of these warranties.

Acceptance: Your submission and agreement for publication of Work to DUMBO Press constitutes your acceptance of these terms and agreement.
